Please follow the steps as they're described below to avoid any errors!
Step 1

- Create a MySQL database on your server
- Using your administration panel (or phpMyAdmin) install the database tables (find the SQL code in the entertainmentCMS.sql file)
Step 2

- In the "site" folder edit the following files:

--- dbsetts.php - with your database details
--- globals.php - with your site details
--- admin/config.php - with your administrator details

--- ads_popup.php - with your popup advertisements code (or leave blank if you don't want to use any)
--- ads_250x250.php - with your adsense publisher code/channel (or similar size ads)
--- ads_468x60.php - with your adsense publisher code/channel (or similar size ads)
--- bottomads.php - with your adsense publisher code/channel (or similar size ads)

--- righthotads.php - with your code for 250x250 ad-lt ads
--- bottomhotads.php -with your code for 728x90 ad-lt ads
--- ads_468x60hot.php -with your code for 468x90 ad-lt ads

--- stats.php - with your code for 3rd party statistics
Step 3

- Upload on your server the content of the "site" folder.
- Change permissions to 777 to the following files and folders:

files:

--- modcustom.txt
--- allmediafeed.xml
--- sitemap.xml

folders:

--- m_bands/
--- m_bands/thumbs/
--- m_games/
--- m_games/thumbs/
--- m_hotties/
--- m_hotties/thumbs/

Step 4

Use your browser to see your site at this point. It should look fine, with no errors, but also with no media. You should now register as a member on your own site, as the user with ID #1 is used when adding media from the administrator panel. So go to the register page and fill in your details. Remember, all media you upload from the administration panel later will be added under this account.

After you register, you will be taken to your account which is an empty page. Please log out and continue with the steps below.
Step 5

Go to your admin panel: www.YourSite.com/admin. Use the Edit Custom Box option to manage the intro box on the index page.
Step 6

Start adding media via "Add Media" menu. You can use the pack of files in the "extras" folder that came with this package. Please keep in mind the following information:
1) For video sections (funny videos, bands & hotties) you can choose between uploading media files from your hard drive and embedding video codes from sites such as youtube or google video
2) You can skip the thumbnails for the media. In case of pictures, the images themselves will be used as thumbnails while for other type of media a generic thumbnail will be used.
3) While you add the media, the RSS feed is updated accordingly.
4) You have to generate the sitemap manually via the admin panel.
Step 7

Optionally, you can edit the following files according to your needs:
--- links.php (promotional links displayed on the right side)
--- privacy.php (privacy policy)
--- terms.php (terms & conditions)

Common Problem

1/ Though users can upload files of any size through the script, there is a file size limit of your server which is set by your hosting company. You need to contact them for increasing this file size limit. The default setting of the file size limit is 10M. In case you need to change the file size limit, you should amend the 'value' of the following code in the file submit.php
